This Privacy Policy explains how Verve Realm Games ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use Paint City on Android. Paint City does not require a separate Verve Realm Games account.
Information We Collect and Use
Depending on the features you use, Paint City and its service providers may process:
- device and app information, such as device identifiers, operating system, app version, language, approximate location derived from an IP address, and diagnostic information;
- advertising information, including ad impressions, interactions, and identifiers used to provide, measure, and limit ads;
- Google Play Games profile information and saved-game data if you choose to sign in;
- purchase status and transaction information needed to provide the optional Remove Ads purchase; and
- information you voluntarily provide when contacting support, such as your email address and message.
Google AdMob
Paint City uses Google AdMob to display ads, including interstitial and rewarded ads. Google and its partners may collect or process device identifiers, IP address, ad interactions, diagnostics, and related information to deliver, measure, prevent fraud in, and personalize ads where permitted. Ad handling is subject to Google's policies and your device and Google advertising settings.
Google Play Games Services
Google Play Games sign-in is optional. If you choose to sign in, Google may provide Paint City with Play Games information such as your player identifier and display name. Paint City may use Google Play Games Services to read and write cloud-saved game progress for the signed-in player. Google handles the Play Games account under its own privacy policy.
Google Play Billing
Paint City offers an optional one-time Remove Ads purchase through Google Play Billing. Google processes the payment. Paint City receives information needed to confirm and restore purchase entitlement, such as product, purchase status, and transaction identifiers. We do not receive or store your full card or bank account details.
Game Progress
Game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device. If you voluntarily sign in to Google Play Games and use cloud-save features, progress may also be stored through Google Play Games Services so it can be retrieved for that Play Games account.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate and improve Paint City, save and restore progress, provide requested support, show and measure ads, confirm purchases, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, diagnose technical problems, and comply with legal obligations.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that support app functionality, including Google AdMob, Google Play Games Services, and Google Play Billing. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or our rights, or to investigate fraud, security, or technical issues. These third parties process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Children’s Privacy
Paint City is not intended to knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Advertising and platform services may process information as described above, subject to their policies and applicable law. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
Data Retention
Local game progress remains on the device until it is cleared, reset, or the app is uninstalled. Cloud-saved progress remains subject to Google Play Games settings and retention. Support correspondence and limited transaction, security, or compliance records may be kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected or as required by law. Third-party services retain information according to their own policies.
Your Choices
- You may play without signing in to Google Play Games.
- You can manage Google Play Games and advertising choices through your Google account and Android settings.
- You can remove local game progress by using available in-app or device controls, clearing app data, or uninstalling the app.
- You may request deletion of data associated with Paint City by following our Account and Data Deletion instructions.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. However, no electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to Paint City, our service providers, or legal requirements. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
