Paint City Account and Data Deletion

Paint City does not create a separate Verve Realm Games account. Google Play Games sign-in is optional. You can play with game progress stored locally on your device without signing in.

How to Request Data Deletion

Send an email to support@ververealmgames.com with the subject:

In your message, include enough information for us to identify the data connected to your request, such as your Google Play Games player name or player ID if you used Play Games, and a brief description of the data you want deleted. Do not send passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive credentials.

We may reply to verify the request or ask for additional information needed to locate the data. We aim to process valid requests within 30 days once enough information is available.

What Data May Be Deleted

• Paint City cloud-save data that we can identify and control through connected game services;
• support messages or information you previously provided directly to Verve Realm Games, where deletion is legally and technically available; and
• other Paint City data directly associated with the verified request and under our control.

Local game progress is stored on your device. You can delete it by clearing Paint City app data in Android settings or uninstalling the app. Data held directly by Google may also need to be managed through your Google account, Google Play Games settings, or Google privacy controls.

What Data May Be Kept

We may retain limited information when required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, or purchase-verification purposes. Google Play purchase and payment records are controlled by Google and may be retained under Google's policies and legal obligations. Information that has been irreversibly anonymized or aggregated may also be retained because it can no longer identify you.

Retention Period

Verified deletion requests are aimed to be processed within 30 days once enough information is available. If a longer period is required because of technical complexity, legal obligations, or verification needs, we will provide an update where reasonably possible. Records that must be retained will be kept only for the applicable required or necessary period.
